We will explain the systems. If there are problems, we will determine the cause, possible
solutions and in most cases, the probable cost to correct.
Knowledgeable Home Inspection Expert
Be present for the inspection. Most, if not all the systems in the home have background
information that will be valuable to you. And, all of your questions will be answered.
Some items that will be explained:
How the system functions. Every system in the home.
Approx. ages. Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Structures, Roofing, etc.
Causes of existing problems /conditions, no matter what type of system is present.
How every system operates: Every type Heating system, Roofing system, Plumbing system,
Structural system, Electrical system, etc.
We will educate you about every system in the house and answer all questions you may have.
We will provide cost projection ranges for significant repairs that may be needed.

Stucco Inspections
Expert Stucco Inspections
Intrusive Stucco Inspections/testing provides valuable information in reference to the
moisture content of the sheathing behind the stucco. Your inspector will council you with
your potential strategies.
These inspections are intrusive, because we need to measure the amount of moisture that is in the wood materials behind the stucco.
"Intrusive" inspections are not destructive.
We will answer the ultimate question:
How can we be sure that any existing problems will not reoccur?
The problems are not the stucco. We will explain wall profile and permeability changes over the years that created moisture issues in frame walls and how to solve them.
We will create the repair specifications that will assure that any problems found will not reoccur.
If opinions differ, we will communicate with your mitigation contractor in your best interest.

Expert Witness
No one likes legal problems; however, if they occur, a competent Expert is necessary to
make your case.
Jules Falcone will provide the representation you need to present your case. Preparation is a significant key to win in court.
Experts must be extremely knowledgeable and experienced about every system and component in the home.
The expert must have great communication skills to present your case and accurately communicate with your attorney.
